Good organizational cultre, fairly competitive and aggressive in outlook, evolving competencies in infrastruture management and business process operations. Employees are taken care of and given avenues to express themselves, has all basic ingredients for a company that is here to stay

Lack of expansion beyond certain core strengths has meant that Domain led competencies have not held their ground when it comes to leading the way and being the torch bearer for growth. Power centers are centralized, no clear line-of-command and direction at times, performance monitoring and tracking is done at an individual unit/manager level and cross - fucntional / cross- SBU / cross-geographical references & leverages dont play much of a role in employee appraisals, putting the role hoppers at a disadvantage. Feedback mechanism is marred with a lack of structured process and forum to do so. Pay revisions, incentives / commisssions disbursement are at the whims and fancies of the Sr. Leadership.
