Pros

1. Nice work place (when compared with indian mnc's). 2. Good transport facilities. 3. Good food quality. 4. Extra curricular activities conducted at regular intervals. 5. Nice training provided at the time of induction. 6. Friendly and helpful colleagues.

Cons

1. Unequal compensation. At the time of joining you should make up or else you will get lost in the middle. 2. Poor appraisal. 3. Non friendly HR policies. 4. Below average onsite opportunities. 5. Too much politics come into play for each and every thing! 6. No work life balance. 7. No importance given to laterals. 8. Campus recruits have their life easy (Full focus on them only)... 9. Good for persons who are campus recruited and experience above 7 or 10 years. 10. No professionalism. 11. Not much of pojects. Standard set of projects running for years. 12. Recruitment is done fully by the recommendations, for laterals. 13. For some projects, mandatory work of long hours. 14. Work timings sucks. 15. Poor & lethargic admin staff, HRs. 16. Not worthy managers (90% of them). 17. 3 months notice period, which is a big minus point and gets you arrested with them.

Pros

They gave me a job when I was running out of money. They had lots of courses that helped me learn how AI agents work. Very good health insurance

Cons

Absolutely no managerial support. No career advancement opportunities. I was basically hired to fill a chair in a staff aug capacity because someone at the client company thought there might be a need. There wasn't. And there was no way to get other work in other departments at the client company because it impacted billing and departmental budgets, and Hexaware didn't want to bother with that. But Hexaware was not interested in reassigning me, so after about 10 months of doing very little, I was let go by the client company so I could be replaced by a Java developer, which makes a lot more sense, since this was a back end team, and I'm a UX designer. Hexaware only allows a few weeks on the bench, and they had no work to put me on, so I was let go. Nobody said goodbye. They didn't even give me a computer. I had to use my own computer for this assignment.
