Pros
Its a pretty easy job, not to physical. Your schedule is pretty flexible when you are a team player or regular employee. Your co-workers are easy to get along with and they have a pretty good employee discount.
Cons
The store manager or head coach is the only one that can give you your employee discount Can get boring at times Not compensated enough for the amount of responsibility placed on management. $8 for team captain, $8.25 for assistant manager (assistant coach) Loose your schedule flexibility when you move up to management Store managers don't really have control over what they keep in their stores
