Pros

The schedule is generally 7am - 4pm. The work isn't all that hard.

Cons

EVERYONE starts out at $10/hr. no matter what the job is (even forklift operators). Management expects you to work like a dog, taking advantage of you since all they're paying you is $10/hr. After a year, the average raise is only $0.15. Are you kidding me?!?!

It is simply a job.

Cons

No training ever. You are lucky to get a raise ever. Store Manager is not paid a salary, and is basically just another employee. Stores are run by the District Manager, not the Store Manager. Pay is insultingly low. I made more as a Store Manager 20 years ago.
