Confidence, clarity, and teammates who actually show up. That is the foundation every great sales career is built on. The fact that the routine gets easier with practice means the system works and you are working it right alongside it. Keep going, the best is still ahead.

Pros

So far, this has been a valuable experience for building new skills and learning new things. I enjoy running info sessions, talking to candidates one-on-one, and handling follow-ups. The training is short but very useful. The hourly pay is fine for entry level, plus there’re solid bonuses to keep me motivated. It’s a good fit for someone outgoing and okay with an environment where the pay depends on your performance.

Cons

There’s not a lot of hand-holding; you should be able to work independently and without much supervision.

When the work fits who you are, everything clicks, and it sounds like that is exactly what you have found here. The ability to work independently is one of the most valuable professional skills you can build, and environments like this one develop it fast. #OneOfUs

Pros

The basics of the business were not the problem, the work existed and clients continued to return.

Cons

• Capable people were overseen by individuals promoted through tenure or connections rather than real ability to lead. • It became obvious very quickly that those in charge were not prepared for the responsibilities placed on them. • Success in a previous role was treated as qualification for management, which did not translate into effective leadership. • Frustration spread across the team as everyone could see the lack of answers, yet nothing changed and there was no accountability. • Questions about decisions were met with deflection instead of clear reasoning, and that pattern never improved. • The same problems kept repeating without correction, even when the issues were obvious to everyone involved.
