There this constant sense that numbers matter more than anything else, even when the situation in the field does not match the targets. Support is very limited when real issues show up. It was sink or swim at this company but if you mess up you will likely get shamed, and humiliated. Feedback tends to focus on mistakes instead of helping you improve, which makes it hard to build confidence or grow in the role. There were also concerns around illegal sales practices that raised serious doubts about how things were being handled.
