Pros
Work is enjoyable here because this is an employer that truly has a "family owned" business feel towards their customers and employees. The Owners stay engaged with their employees and value employee opinions and ideas. Business is conducted with integrity and dedication. They have specific products/services that they offer, they stick to this lane and they do it well. There is an expectation of growth and enthusiasm with in the company on all levels.
Cons
It is a constantly changing and growing business model, some will find that difficult. Due to the nature of the business (home improvement), there will always be some stressful situations that are unavoidable when dealing with the customer, but this is true in virtually any job that has customer relationships.
