Pros

Regular business hours, no weekends.

Cons

Pretty much everything. Fights between coworkers, managers and owner almost daily and I mean yelling matches, slamming doors & people packing up and quitting on the spot. Little to no training. High turnover. Super unprofessional environment. Owner and VP are atrocious, absolutely horrible to be around. Most of the sales associates are cry babies and super demanding.. they should be on used car lots instead.
