Pros
it's rewarding, you're helping out individuals in need of services. The monetary value is decent too.
Cons
Too micromanaged, very cold atmosphere to work in, higher up staff CEO down it's a cold uninviting place to work. If you actually want to get something out of your work and enjoy it, don't work here. Plenty of clients formerly said they also felt they were getting cold treatment and they only cared about making money through insurance companies. Do not work for companies that do not care about their employees, clients and are just out for profits.
