Pros

People from top to bottom are exceptionally friendly. There was never anyone within the company that I felt I could not get in contact with and the senior management that I worked directly under was willing to give me the opportunities to prove myself very early on in my employment. Their major training initiative is also a great opportunity to meet a large number of people throughout the company early on.

Cons

Like many companies in the media industry starting salaries are very low, especially for a city like New York.

Pros

Office events, "unlimited" PTO (unless you have to work over Christmas break or weekends as many teams do), work on big-name accounts and advance your career

Cons

Your experience will vary greatly depending on your team. Mine is toxic, constantly passive-aggressive, and severely overworked. Classic case of people promoted to manager based on performance, but then not trained on how to be a leader. Management couldn't care less about your personal life and your struggles, and that's only part of why so many people are leaving
