Three mandatory in-office days per week with low pay. In addition to this the company postponed promotions and bonuses from the end of the year to March only to tell everyone in March that nobody would be getting bonuses for 2023 or 2024. The company doesn’t value its employees’ opinions or feelings on change and work-life balance. We are told that we need to return to office to get back a “buzz” that you can’t have at home which is just their way of saying they don’t care if it makes your life harder even if there’s no empirical data to support the decision. They also claim that three-days in a week is based on research they’ve done on industry-wide policies which just isn’t true because three-days in a week is the high end in the industry. Other agencies like Evergreen, Dentsu, and more offer one-two days in office and pay more with similar benefits.
