Terrible Onboarding - Media Planner Horizon Media Employee Review

I've found that the longer I work at Horizon Media, the more unsustainable the job becomes. The excessively long hours, combined with lengthy commutes for many employees, lead to rapid burnout, sleep deprivation, and high turnover rates. Unfortunately, the onboarding process has been inadequate, with supervisors providing limited guidance that barely aligns with the actual tasks. When seeking help, I've been met with dismissive responses or outdated documentation, leaving me to figure things out independently. Overall, I've experienced a lack of support and a unwelcoming work environment that makes it challenging to succeed.
