Good pay and talent, but poor training support - Caseworker Huntswood Employee Review

Probably one of the more unsympathetic/ heartless companies I've worked for when it came to training. There's was little to none and I was expecting to know everything and it was my problem if I did not, like I was expected to fall. This, despite the fact that I was not given the right resources from the clients to do the work in the first place. This was such a regular occurrence with the clients that you expect it after the third time of it happening so have to inform people I CAN'T DO THE WORK YET!
