Pros
Overall they have good benefits and are a large company if that is what you want.
Cons
They do not care about you as a person. They acquire so many companies every other month and then lay off those employees who were just acquired. Some of them have been with their previous companies for 7-10 years and then out of nowhere - no job at all, just like that. They also do not let you move around within the company internally. They will choose an external person 9 out of 10 times over their current internal employees. The interview process when moving internally is also extremely slow. This just shows how they cater to those external candidates over their own current employees.
