Pros
Decent pay. Good benefits. Good time off policy. A few great coworkers.
Cons
Sinking ship. No work life balance or understanding that families have needs. I don't buy the "that's consulting" excuse because I saw a ton of opportunity to be more effective while more responsive to employees personal needs. Unless you're in the "in" crowd or willing to work obscene hours, don't count on upward mobility. Thinking outside the corporate culture is a no-no. No understanding of what it is like to be a hospital employee and love in a hospital culture by low level employees (the ones on the ground). Lot of recent outside hires. Crazy recent turnover. Promises made at hiring that are not carried out. Experience prior does not matter once you hit the ground. Your experience at Huron totally depends on the luck of the draw with your manager/director/sr. Director.
