People, Experience, Environment, Vacation/PTO. Mentorship program for out of college hires is great.
Cons
Work life balance is tough because a lot of the responsibility for your own success is on your shoulders. Even when somebody else is being unrealistic in their expectations for a deadline you have to meet it. So get ready to work some 50-60hr work weeks.
