Pros
Flexible timing. Most of the US engineers are good and very helpful. White collar job. Provides Good opportunity to learn design of HVAC and other systems in building than other companies. On design side, a good levels of responsibility is given than any other US based MEP companies in India. Good company for starters and suitable to stay up to 5 year.
Cons
Local Management is not handled by IMEG itself. Local management is not good. Nothing happens on time on management side. Not many job titles. No extra hike when title changes just same as usual increment here. So the designation has no meaning here. No long term growth. All the back end works and no chances to work with clients and have on site experience. No feel like MNC. Even management compares itself with the local companies instead of comparing with other MNC or similar MEP company in India when there comes anything in the benefits of employees. Not much direct communication with US management due to local management.
