Which results in needing to work on many projects at once that overloads the designers and engineers -terrible work life balance, expect to work 50-55 hours weekly -extremely corporate and driven by financial figures, and not pursuing high quality and meaningful projects -relies too much on staff abroad that produce subpar work that requires major cleanup
