Pros

-great tools and resources that make work easier -lots of training and career development available -generally good people to work with

Cons

-the types of jobs they take on are low quality and are smaller contracts. Which results in needing to work on many projects at once that overloads the designers and engineers -terrible work life balance, expect to work 50-55 hours weekly -extremely corporate and driven by financial figures, and not pursuing high quality and meaningful projects -relies too much on staff abroad that produce subpar work that requires major cleanup
