Pros

No pros as such. The Indian operations are just using name of IPG. This company seriously lacks all the qualities of a good company.

Cons

The work environment is challenging and often creates a sense of uncertainty about the long-term future of the business in India. Many employees are concerned about the sustainability of operations and the company's commitment to the Indian market. From my perspective, business growth has been limited, with a significant portion of revenue appearing to come from service-related activities and a small number of key accounts. There seems to be a lack of a clear strategy for expanding market presence and driving new business opportunities. Leadership within the India operations often appears disconnected from the realities of the market, resulting in slow decision-making and missed opportunities. There is also a perception among employees that the global leadership team has reduced its focus and confidence in the Indian business. Greater transparency, stronger governance, improved accountability, and a more employee-centric culture would go a long way toward rebuilding trust and improving morale across the organization.

Pros

Can't think of any pros at IPG Medical.

Cons

Don't go by the size of the company. They have no processes in place. Extremely toxic leadership. They have no control on the old guard. You will see a lot of people there for decades, but not a lot of new people. New people run away from there. The place is full of extreme micromanagement, disrespect towards employee's education and experience. They like to plan but not follow the plan. Resource allocation is a joke. A handful of people are overworked and a majority of people are twiddling their thumbs. Only those knowing the old guard benefit from that place. Everyone else is an outsider.
