The challenges of working here: same pros can also become cons if not provided with smart solutions and support from your direct manager. The results of an egomaniac being in a management or decision-making position will and does cause distress for others BUT unfortunately there is no help so you must look for outside services and solutions since HR staff is a whitewall with very little understanding and willingness to mitigate issues when they arise.
