Pros
If you work in a higher level position you get more schedule freedom. ESPP, 12 Holidays and lots of vacation time. Some times bonuses and almost always cost of living raises.
Cons
Its growing fast and with that they are forgetting to hire or promote from within. Outsiders get the management jobs unless you have a 4 year degree. So the old ways of promotion with decades of experience is gone there.
