Pros
Flexible schedule, 3 weeks vacation starting instead of typical 2 weeks
Cons
No room for growth development, no goals for reviews, all raises are given from Oxford based on overall companies yearly performance, from my time here I have never gotten a yearly end review and my direct boss never knew what my raise was. I had to calculate on my paycheck to know. Also note every year since I was here my annual increase got lower and lower and one year no one got a raise!
