      Pros

      Pay and Bonus are good. Technology is very interesting.

      Cons

      Upper Management utilizes fear and intimidation as Management style. This coupled with a shoot from the hip reactionary mind set constantly changing direction with no clear course or path wasting time and resources of the Middle Management team.

      Pros

      Can't think of any pros at IPG Medical.

      Cons

      Don't go by the size of the company. They have no processes in place. Extremely toxic leadership. They have no control on the old guard. You will see a lot of people there for decades, but not a lot of new people. New people run away from there. The place is full of extreme micromanagement, disrespect towards employee's education and experience. They like to plan but not follow the plan. Resource allocation is a joke. A handful of people are overworked and a majority of people are twiddling their thumbs. Only those knowing the old guard benefit from that place. Everyone else is an outsider.
