      Pros

      Employee development, inclusive culture, friendly staff, great comp and benefits, generous PTO and work from home policy.

      Cons

      Lean company, so you will be expected to occasionally work below your level or outside your role in order to reach company goals. This can be a plus, as you may get some cross training and recognition outside your department.

      Pros

      The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

      None, I cannot think of one pro.

      Cons

      The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
