Many of the activities that the company promote do not apply to production staff (well that seems to be the general feeling) for example the well being programmes , staff conferences and such like as production seems to key . Feels like we are treated differently to other staff.
Company almost refuses to acknowledge we are under staffed in certain areas by as much as 50% and therefore employees are stressed out trying to cope with the ridiculous workload placed on us often relying on untrained agency staff to make ends meet
