      Pros

      This was a great place to work for; they put a lot of resources into culture, work-life balance and benefits. The team dynamics were awesome, centered around curiosity, and making things happen. I was deeply saddened at the reduction in work force, but that's the life of tech.

      Cons

      Things were unstable at the end, leading to layoffs; there was a lot of uncertainty and morale plummeted.
