not much work is expected out of you, interesting people to work with , students work very hard for the school, they will never fire anyone no matter how bad at their job, try to use the mission in everything that they do

Cons

not open to new ideas, housekeeping and maintenance are horrible , very low pay, disorganization, communication is often broken
