Pros

remote and being provided all supplies including pens

Cons

CaseLoads are NOT according to contract. You'll be responsible for more than allowable, however they hide the overage clients under someone else's name to meet numbers in case they get audited. If you work overtime (which is the only way possible to stay close to caught up), depending on their moods, you'll either get paid for less hours than you worked or they will say it wasn't necessary and change your time card back to 40hr. If you're not hispanic or black, don't plan on advancing. However if you are, you'll get a great easy caseload and anything you want. Company is very open about being "for profit" and brags about retaining clients allowable money to move to a different location. If the company didn't keep this money, clients would be able to move sooner than later to a more appropriate living environment.

Pros

Remote Position was created for me Great benefits I attempted to move on to other companies and both times ILS matched their offer proving they really valued me as an employee.

Cons

Sadly they closed the office in IL that I was based out of for 6 of the 9 years I was employed there but it was during 2020 so i understood.

Pros

There are a few caring managers

Cons

They force you to sign new contracts with no alignment with the market for a salary increase. The company is making money but not providing sufficient raises for the California market. The employees need a union to fight for numerous things.
