Pros
Growing company with an exciting pace of change. Generally improving benefits and facilities over time; by now quite competitive on these measures (less so a few years ago, but that was understandable considering the priorities when the business was finding its footing). Office culture is a good balance of casual and serious, leaning casual. Kind of an interesting mix of a modern startup feel with a more traditional industrial contractor. Due to the nature of the clients, sometimes stuff comes up on short notice and a lot of work has to be done at once, and availability and flexibility is valued on these matters. However, under normal conditions, office hours are regular and often cut a bit short before a break or even just a weekend.
Cons
Still small and new enough a business that some stuff hasn't been fully set into regular procedure that should be. A lot of the day to day quality of being here will depend on what part of the company you work in. Location is a little out of the way.
