      Pros

      Salary: During the time working there you would be able after a certain time to accummulate good commission, but only after a time and only for a certain time. Lack of transparency will make it look like more.

      Cons

      Bad office climate. Managers become so after years of politics and act, afterwards, completely free without respecting rules or people. As they have each others back they act according to their whims. They dismiss a lot of people one day before their probation time finishes (1 day). People are depressed and have continuously the fear of losing their job.

      Great company to work for. Flexible. Great mentors and access to leadership.

      Cons

      Leadership changes frequently Infor has a few "focus" industries - its best to be in one of those lines of business if you want to maximize sales compensation.

      Pros

      Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

      Cons

      A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
