Remote work is the only pro I can think of.

Cons

Horrible management. As other reviews noted the managers are completely toxic. They gave the HR person an ethics award. Let that just sink in. There is no growth opportunity. They laid off someone going through medical treatments. Terrible place.

Work life balance! The works are easy! 100% remoted

Cons

Company is good! Is just my bad luck this year 2024(year of the dragon) 😆 I got layoff first time in the 13 years of my career! Not anyone faults, I trusted the wrong people!

I started with this company and everytwas great but management does not care about the mental abuse and racial discrimination that the employees /contractors go through. I was released in March for some reason and no one as of yet to let me know why. I was told that it was uncommon but I do know there should be some professional people there that could provide some kind of information. I have emailed and text and all they do is ignore me

Cons

Management sucks. All this certain program manager was worried about was my t&a but not my mental state. He always ignore my messages about training and gaining a certification
