Pros

Started off as an okay place to work with nice team members. Decent accrual for PTO and good health benefits. One of the only "big companies" out in the IE.

Cons

Micro management is getting much worse. This place pushes hard for you to be at your desk on the dot. You also have to track all the work you do yourself which is obviously being used to prove you're doing your tasks. On top of that, production software is being introduced that will monitor your keystrokes, capture your screen, etc to measure you're working nonstop on the clock. The pay here sucks compared to roles at other companies. The company itself is strapped for cash, so they ask employees to take it upon themselves to actively save the company money. Also, expect to take on tons of work with little to no help. The company is actively avoiding hiring people instead of layoffs, which is cool, but you're expected to pick up all the slack. This can also be seen when you take days off. Even though management is lax with giving you days off, when you return you're expected to grind out the time you missed with your tasks to catch back up. Also, HEAVY reliance on Microsoft tools suite for EVERYTHING. The typical "use a hammer for all problems" issue. Basically, this is supposed to be a big non-profit company for the area, but they're still running things like a toxic startup.

Pros

IEHP is a great company with amazing benefits and decent pay. Coworkers are all very helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons

There is a high turnover, and unfilled positions have resulted in employees taking on additional work responsibilities.
