      Many great people work there, but many are now leaving.

      Cons

      Low morale, low pay. It is owned by physicians so they are obviously not always looking out for the best interest of the worker bees. There has been a lot of expansion of the company without expansion planning with regard to culture and employees.

      Extremely understanding management. Worked here for over a year now and all the supervisors have kept true to an open door policy and are always willing to help with any professional or personal issues you may have
