Pros

Flex schedules allowed, pay and benefits seem fair (probably depends on your job). My supervisor is fantastic, and the main reason I am still here.

Cons

Parking is difficult- even when there are spaces available, we can't park there. Software programs are antiquated. If you do good work, you will get more work and no extra pay. If you don't do good work, you'll get less (guess who gets it??) and no cut in pay. It's nearly impossible to get fired no matter how poorly you perform, especially if you know someone. (Maybe that goes under Pro's? Bummer for coworkers though.) Many senior managers are very poor managers (lacking people skills is the #1 complaint), and decisions are often made which negatively impact employees, but senior managers have no understanding of the challenges or what's needed to be successful. I think they mean well, but they are so far removed from day-to-day activities that they don't realize how their decisions affect us, and it's much easier to work around them than to have their "help". Understaffed in many areas, so first-level managers work a lot of extra hours, not just occasionally but all the time. No additional staffing is planned, since managers are salaried and all extra hours are free to the company.

Pros

Free imaging if you choose the "best" medical plan. Good coworkers. Obvious good done in community.

Cons

Upper management has no clue how things actually work. Middle management is both absent and daft. Bottom feeders like me get paid several pennies to work here.

Pros

The regular employees are a good group of people. Equipment needed to be successful was provided.

Cons

Management - good ol boys club Impossible to grow unless you were a do as you're told with no feedback. Be careful showing your strengths and knowledge as it will be feared by upper management as a threat to their position. The executive level (CEO, COO, etc) might as well be gods. Treat you like dirt. Executives are beyond their time but I'm assuming stick around for the Salary + Bonus they receive. They have the monopoly of radiology in the PNW and play in the politics of the hospitals, otherwise I assume they wouldn't have made it long ago.
