Pros

The fellow employees were great also the CEO Steve Duvoisin. Worked for them at Sacred Heart Medical Center Spokane WA 750 bed half dull half children’s hospital. The hospital was fantastic can’t say enough.

Cons

They are growing fast and have trouble with some middle management and recruiting. They do lack in employee training definitely but as they expand to more states I’m sure this will have to improve.

It is a good place to learn a lot, gives experience if wanting to continue in medical field.

Cons

Company is reluctant to terminate toxic employees, there is a large power distance between some positions which causes drama, communication is poor. Numbers and money focused.
