Pros
- Company is and continues to be on rapid growth - creates lots of opportunity to earn money, promotions, open new markets / divisions, etc - Well compensated after your first few years, once you get the hang of the industry and role you're in; compensation you receive for being pushed is extremely rewarding - Market leader in what they do, well resourced
Cons
- Because of growth of company and goals for further growth, constant pivoting and innovation happens ; its pro for the larger scale but also can cause burnout for those not accustomed to the speed / for newer employees feeling that constant pressure to pivot and grow - Metrics driven; common to sales but definitely relevant here - Hire a lot of recent graduates but definitely requires people looking to invest in a career, not people looking to just land employment fresh out of school to fill their resume and network - it's a hard job.
