Pros

I have absolutely loved working at Insight Global. It is a company that allows you to start a career right out of college and offers you the tools to become very successful at a young age. At first it was hard to believe that the average time it takes to get promoted into sales is 6 months. However, I worked hard and 6 months after my first day of work I was promoted to Account Manager. I love the leadership in this company and how supportive everyone is of eachother's careers. It's very rare to find a company where the CEO, Founder, and President of the company know practically every employee in the company on a first name basis. I not only found an amazing place to work, but I also found a great group of friends. I am very thankful for Insight Global because this company provides every employee the opportunity to take their careers in their own hands and achieve the type of success that often takes most people years to achieve.

Cons

You definitely have to work hard and be willing to put in the extra time and effort it takes to be successful. Sometimes it can be a little stressful but it definitely pays off at the end of the day.

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
