Business Outlook
Pros
Management is incredibly smart and really knows what they are doing. They are consistently teaching their employees about why they make the decisions they do. Everyone here also really cares about everyone else. The people are what make this place a great place to work!
Cons
The only one I can think of is that there are very few women or minorities in the company, including management. Everyone in upper management is a white male in his 30's/early 40's and I think that lack of perspective has contributed to the few growing pains we have.
