Really good work life balance, no ego engineering team, people are very honest and straightforward but in a professional manner.

None really. Nothing comes to mind.

Pros

- Great engineering team, everyone is very approachable and the company has a very positive environment to work at - You get to work on challenging stuff - Everyone's opinion is encouraged - Nice perks

Cons

- People team really care as long as you're part of the company, once you leave the organization and need some stuff (paperwork, ) you'd get vague reply (we're looking into it, we'll get back ASAP) or you'd never get back any reply

I realize I'm responding quite late, but if you would like to email me directly, I'd appreciate the opportunity to follow up and find out where the breakdown occurred. For folks considering a career here, I am accessible to anyone on the team and we have many ways to escalate issues. As an example, anyone in the company can call a same day public meeting with the executive team if they feel that our existing processes are failing a specific customer. Thanks, Fred (CEO)

Pros

- Great team and people. Everyone I have worked with has been smart, nice, and easy to get along with. - There are rarely any barriers to accomplishment. InsightSquared is a company where things get done quickly. Your opinion is going to be valued by senior leadership, and you will be asked to do important work. - Growth opportunities within the organization are plentiful. There have been many success stories of career growth within the organization as we have often promoted internal candidates for management positions. - More edible perks include a daily catered free lunch, beer on tap, and plentiful snacks/coffee/tea.

Cons

- You could probably get paid more at another organization, but pay is usually not the main reason people choose to work here.
