Pros

- Great engineering team, everyone is very approachable and the company has a very positive environment to work at - You get to work on challenging stuff - Everyone's opinion is encouraged - Nice perks

Cons

- People team really care as long as you're part of the company, once you leave the organization and need some stuff (paperwork, ) you'd get vague reply (we're looking into it, we'll get back ASAP) or you'd never get back any reply

I realize I'm responding quite late, but if you would like to email me directly, I'd appreciate the opportunity to follow up and find out where the breakdown occurred. For folks considering a career here, I am accessible to anyone on the team and we have many ways to escalate issues. It was a metric system. If you didn't perform well or better than others on your team it was made clear
