Pros

InsightSquared refuses to be stale. The work, structures, and product are always evolving and responding to the demands of the market as well as the employees. This makes for an engaging, even consuming, work experience.

Cons

Things change fast. Teams are restructured constantly, and projects you have been working on can be binned if the focus changes. That can be really hard for some people to adapt to.

Great people, everyone genuinely appreciates the work you do, great perks (free lunch, beer, snacks, games), on the rise, strong leadership, quality engineering

Cons

Not really a downside but the company is growing extremely fast, may not be your cup of tea to have a company grow/develop so quickly
