Thank you for the feedback. I agree that we have a team of friendly and hardworking people. I'm sorry that you're frustrated with my communication of our vision. We've put a lot of work into this over the past few months. I hope that you and others on the team feel this has improved. I'd welcome discussion and feedback on that front. For folks considering a career here, I have many channels of feedback to address concerns personally, including monthly town hall meetings, monthly employee surveys, anonymous feedback channels, and biweekly office hours.
