Pros
The people at InsightSquared were amazing, I learned a ton from everyone there. The office is in a great location and the perks are very nice
Cons
I think they get spooked by large changes and react by laying people off. They have had two very large layoffs in the past year and then realized they laid too many people off and needed to hire more. I loved working there but this is definitely a red flag. I also think they are on the lower end of the pay scale.
