Pros

Laid back environment, interesting work as a law clerk, employees really care about what they advocate for. You can wear flip flops to work and it's fine, which is a fun and atypical perk at a law firm.

Cons

Not many cases, low pay, but that's expected for a public interest firm. I sometimes needed more of a challenge, but that could have just been me.

Pros

Tons of guidance and unique legal research opportunities

Cons

Definitely a social work environment so if that’s not your thing, it might not be for you

Pros

Great culture, benefits, work-life balance, and flexibility. This is truly a great place to work.

Cons

This organization still operates like a small organization, despite being close to 200 staff members. There is high resistance to organizational change.
