-Lots of hands-on responsibility for young attorneys -Work on cases you care about -Competitive pay and good working conditions, particularly for the public-interest sector

Cons

-Expectations for quality of work can be difficult for some attorneys, particularly if they developed bad habits elsewhere. -Being emotionally invested in your cases can take a toll.

If you are a militant believer in libertarian principles, this place is great for you.

Cons

the lack of autonomy and trust in employees made this job made impossible. Flies in the face of their so-called libertarian values. The pay is relatively low if you want to have any sort of life in the DC area.
