Good Mission, but Toxic Workplace

Pros

Pay 100% of health insurance for employee. Nice, new office space.

Cons

Very toxic place to work. Low pay but very high expectations. Expected to work and be available during vacation and penalized if you don’t do so. HR and management ignore or brush over sexual harassment complaints.
