Fantastic Nonprofit

Pros

The mission alone makes it worth working at IJ. Outside of the mission, the team is pretty friendly and the benefits are pretty comparable to other nonprofits with similar missions. There is a lot to learn from the managers and leaders of IJ, so it is a great place to start as a young professional.

Cons

Maternity leave and 401K policy is pretty average.
