Pros

Going into work every day knowing that IJ is helping its clients live the lives they want, away from government interference, is a wonderful feeling. IJ employees are passionate about what they do and why they do it. That creates a really positive and energetic work environment.

Cons

Hours of operation are fairly rigid, wish there was more flexibility.
