Pros

IAMS has some of the best employees and agents that you will ever work with. You feel more like family then coworkers. They care about you as a person and you will not feel that you are just a number like you would with a larger company. If you have concerns make sure you take them management they do listen and try to come up with solution. The company has had strong growth and continues to expand in the insurance industry. The changes they have made seem to have them headed in a good direction. I believe there are good things still to come.

Cons

Benefits Package could be stronger Sick Leave is included in Vacation Time which can be tough to balance if you have a family

Pros

I'm new to the insurance industry and IAMS has been the best IMO I've worked with. Staff are experts in their respective fields (life, annuities, etc.) and have always been generous to share their knowledge and expertise. There's a lot to understand and navigate in this industry and having IAMS as a resource is a huge blessing. Their professionalism is outstanding. No hype. No exaggerated claims of earning potential. Just solid training resources and supportive staff that have answered my calls every time. An IMO I feel good about working with.

Cons

Like most IMO's, they have normal business hours. Which means they're not accessible in the evenings when you're in the middle of client appointments and have a question. Not really that big of a deal though.
