Nice Environment - Licensing Specialist Insurance Agency Marketing Services Employee Review

I'm new to the insurance industry and IAMS has been the best IMO I've worked with. Staff are experts in their respective fields (life, annuities, etc.) and have always been generous to share their knowledge and expertise. There's a lot to understand and navigate in this industry and having IAMS as a resource is a huge blessing. Their professionalism is outstanding. No hype. No exaggerated claims of earning potential. Just solid training resources and supportive staff that have answered my calls every time. An IMO I feel good about working with.

Like most IMO's, they have normal business hours. Which means they're not accessible in the evenings when you're in the middle of client appointments and have a question. Not really that big of a deal though.

The most wonderful teammates to work with

Leadership is poor. No effort to enrich employees with growth opportunities or relevant training. No plans at all to consider other ways of doing things. No concern at all to do training themselves in this industry, advancements or leadership. Band-aide HR department that is there for show so leadership can keep doing what they are doing.
